Option 6: Exhibit Registration (7 available)
Early Rate: $4,500 / Regular Rate: $6,000

• Includes an 8’x10’ area for your exhibit with a skirted table and chair in a carpeted area. 
• One meeting attendee registration
• Recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
• Electrical power/outlet or other AV may be ordered through the in-house AV company and will charged directly to your company.

Option 7: Exhibitor Giveaway (1 available)
Early Rate: $4,500 / Regular Rate: $6,000

• Sponsoring the giveway of the year for attendees visiting the exhibits.
• One meeting attendee registration.
• Recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge. 

Options that may be added on to any vendor package:

• Add an exhibit table to any package: $4,000 (based on availability). See Exhibitor package for what's included or can be ordered.
• Additional staff from your company: $700.
• Add an ad in the online program booklet: $700
• Add an ad in an AIRI email blast to the membership: $700.
• Vendor Presentation: $4,500 (3 available to sponsorship packages silver or higher (excluding this add-on in the minimum) and on a first-registered basis).

Misc Information

• All vendor registrations are reserved on a first-registered basis and full payment must accompany order. Vendors will not be included in promotional/marketing materials for the meeting until full payment is received.
• Refunds may be honored through July 31 and are subject to a $500 processing fee.
• Vendor registrations cannot be shared with other companies or partner-related companies.
• Vendor presentation option includes: a meeting room for a 75 min session, chairs, standard wi-fi, and a head table; all other items are at the vendor expense. All presenters must be paid registrants from the same sponsoring company or from an AIRI member institution.
• Ads for the program must be received no later than August 1 in PDF to [email protected]. Specs for the program ads are: 8 1/2" x 11" page; no bleeds, PDF; and may include a URL of your choice embedded.
• Email ads must be received no later than August 1. Specs for email ads are: 7.5"W x 2.5" L; JPG; and may include a URL of your choice.

Exhibitor Schedule

Breakfasts (60 minutes) and refreshment breaks (30 minutes) will be held in the exhibit area. The abbreviated schedule below is provided to give you an idea of key days and times that exhibits will be open or prime times to connect with our members, as well as setup and dismantle information.  This schedule is subject to change.
