All attendees must be registered for the meeting. Please note that a convenience processing fee is applied to all online registrations. In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) recent ruling, registration options will list the third-party convenience processing fees on the form and confirmation receipts.

Option 1: Sponsor the Welcome Reception (SOLD OUT)
Early Rate: $10,000 / Regular Rate: $15,000 

  • Display your own sign as the official sponsor for the event and have any swag at the event.
  • Four meeting attendee registrations.
  • Prominently recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Prominently recognized at a general session as the supporter for this event.
  • Two ads in an AIRI email blast to the membership. See due date and specs under "Misc" below.

Option 2: Co-Sponsor Evening Party (SOLD OUT)
Early Rate: $10,000 / Regular Rate: $12,000

  • Display your own sign as the official sponsor for the event and have any swag at the event.
  • Four meeting attendee registrations.
  • Prominently recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Prominently recognized at a general session as the supporter for this event.
  • Two ads in an AIRI email blast to the membership. See due date and specs under "Misc" below.

Option 3: Sponsor a Lunch (2 available)
Early Rate: $10,000 / Regular Rate: $21,000

  • Display your own sign as the official sponsor for the event and have any swag at the lunch.
  • Four meeting attendee registrations.
  • Prominently recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Prominently recognized at a general session as the supporter for this event.

Option 4: Sponsor a Breakfast (1 available)
Early Rate: $10,000 / Regular Rate: $17,000 

  • Display your own sign as the official sponsor for the event and have any swag at the breakfast.
  • Four meeting attendee registrations.
  • Recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Recognized at a general session as the supporter for this event.

Option 5: Sponsor a Refreshment Break (2 available)
Early Rate: $4,500 / Regular Rate: $6,000 

  • Display your own sign as the official sponsor for the break and have any swag at the break.
  • One meeting attendee registration.
  • Recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.

Option 6: Exhibit Registration (SOLD OUT)
Early Rate: $4,500 / Regular Rate: $6,000

  • Includes an 8’x10’ area for your exhibit with a skirted table and chair in a carpeted area. 
  • One meeting attendee registration
  • Recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Electrical power/outlet or other AV may be ordered through the in-house AV company and will charged directly to your company.

Option 7: Exhibitor Giveaway (SOLD OUT)
Early Rate: $4,500 / Regular Rate: $6,000

  • Sponsoring the giveway of the year for attendees visiting the exhibits.
  • One meeting attendee registration.
  • Recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge. 

Options that may be added on to any vendor package:

  • Add an exhibit table to any package: $4,000 (based on availability). See Exhibitor package for what's included or can be ordered. SOLD OUT
  • Additional staff from your company: $700.
  • Add an ad in the online program booklet: $700
  • Add an ad in an AIRI email blast to the membership: $700.
  • Vendor Presentation: $4,500 (3 available to sponsorship packages silver or higher (excluding this add-on in the minimum) and on a first-registered basis).
