Hotel Accommodations

AIRI 2025 will be held at the Fairmont Washington, DC, Georgetown from September 7 at noon until September 9 at 5pm. This is the official hotel for the meeting and we have reserved a block of rooms. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is noon. The Fairmont is located at 2401 M St, NW, Washington, DC  20036. The rates for AIRI 2025 are $399, plus applicable taxes. The room group rates end August 15 and may sell out prior to this date and are based on availability at the time of making the reservation. Guests are responsible for all of their charges, cancellation fees, or no shows. 

The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival.
