AIRI 2025 Annual Meeting Meeting Registration

All attendees must be registered for the meeting.
Option 1: Member Registration: Early Rate Ends July 31, $695. Regular rate starts Aug 1, $795
Members whose membership is paid for the current year may attend the annual meeting and register with this option.
Would You Like to Advocate on Capitol Hill for AIRI Priorities?
Make your voice heard by participating in the 2025 AIRI Capitol Hill Advocacy Day! The AIRI Annual Meeting in Washington, DC presents an exciting opportunity for AIRI members to meet with Members of Congress and their staff on Capitol Hill to discuss the importance of independent research institutes and the biomedical research enterprise. Participants will be assigned to a group who will travel together to meetings on Capitol Hill to highlight the important work AIRI members are doing and the urgent need for federal research funding to keep advancing science and innovation for the benefit of society. The AIRI Washington Office will coordinate all the logistics and will provide materials and training to equip participants for this critically important—and fun—opportunity! Just let us through the options on the registration form.
Option 2: Guest Evening Event & Reception: $295
If you would like to bring a guest to the evening event as well as the welcome reception, you may purchase this option.
Option 3: Invited Non-Member Registration: $895
Non-member institutions whose intention is to become an AIRI Member (regular or affiliate), may request to attend one annual meeting prior to joining AIRI by providing that they are eligible to become a member and then must be registered at the non-member institution rate. Please see Membership Criteria to verify if your institute would qualify. To request for this option, email David Issing at [email protected] and include your intention for membership and a brief summary of meeting the membership criteria. Pre-approval is required.
Option 4: Invited Guest Registration: $595
If you are an invited guest, you may register with this option. Pre-approval is required. To request for this option, email David Issing.
Non-Member Organizations or Individuals: $2500
Non-member organizations or individuals may attend the annual meeting as a registered sponsor or exhibitor of the meeting at our vendor registration rates currently starting at $4,500 and must register as a vendor.
Check Payment Registration Mailing Address
Alternatively you can register with a check. If mailing in your registration, submit your registration form along with full check payment (payable to the Association of Independent Research Institutes) to: AIRI, c/o DAI Management, Inc., P.O. Box 844, Westminster, MD 21158. Credit card payments are only accepted with online registration. Please do not include "DAI Management" on the check.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be honored through August 1 and a $50 processing charge will apply. After this date, unfortunately we will not be able honor refunds. Does not apply to exhibit/sponsorship cancellations. Visit us online for exhibit/sponsorship refund policy. Hotel Accommodations
AIRI 2025 will be held at the Fairmont Washington, DC, Georgetown from September 7 at noon until September 9 at 5pm. This is the official hotel for the meeting and we have reserved a block of rooms. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is noon. The Fairmont is located at 2401 M St, NW, Washington, DC 20036. The rates for AIRI 2025 are $399, plus applicable taxes. The room group rates end August 15 and may sell out prior to this date and are based on availability at the time of making the reservation.
