AIRI Mourns the Loss of Tom McQuaid

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we acknowledge the loss of our friend, co-worker and former AIRI board member Tom McQuaid who passed away on December 19, 2022. Tom was an energetic and instrumental member of our AIRI Community for over fifteen years while serving as the Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the Forsyth Institute. Tom was active in AIRI on many levels including lively presentations at the annual meeting, solidifying vendor support, and serving as AIRI Treasure from 2009-2014. Tom was a kind, gentle and soft-spoken person with a huge heart. He was quick to volunteer to help with anything at the drop of a hat and a true representation of what AIRI is all about. He will be greatly missed by friends, colleagues, and all those he encountered. Our sincere condolences and best wishes go out to his wife Sue and his entire family.
