Meeting Registration

All attendees must be registered for the meeting. To register, download the registration form and mail in with your check payment. You can also register online with a credit card by clicking here. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee applied to all online transactions.  * Early registration rates are valid through August 31st.


Member Registrants: $695* / $795
AIRI’s registration policy is that only individuals from a member institution whose membership is paid for the current year may attend the annual meeting.


Non-Member Registrants: $795* / $895
Non-member institutions whose intention is to become an AIRI Member (regular or provisional), may request to attend one annual meeting prior to joining AIRI by providing that they are eligible to become a member and then must be registered at the non-member institution rate.  Please see Membership Criteria online at www.airi.org to verify if your institute would qualify. To request for this option, email David Issing at hq@airi.org and include your intention for membership and a brief summary of meeting the membership criteria. Pre-approval is required.

Non-Member Organizations or Individuals: $2500+*
Non-member organizations or individuals may attend the annual meeting as a registered sponsor or exhibitor of the meeting at vendor registration rates currently starting at $2500 and must register by completing the Vendor Registration Form.

Guest Evening Event & Reception: $295* / $395 
If you would like to bring a guest to the evening event as well as the welcome reception, you may purchase this option.

Guest Evening Event Ticket: $195* / $250 
One evening event ticket is included with your meeting registration. However, if you would like to bring a guest to this event, you may purchase an additional ticket.

Invited Guest Registrant: $395 / $495 
If you are an invited guest, you may register with this option. Pre-approval is required. To request for this option, email David Issing at hq@airi.org.

Mail Registration to:
If mailing in your registration, submit your registration form along with full check payment (payable to the Association of Independent Research Institutes) to: AIRI, c/o DAI Management, Inc., P.O. Box 844, Westminster, MD  21158. Credit card payments are only accepted with online registration. Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation via email.

Refund Policy

We will gladly issue refunds received through August 31, 2018. Unfortunately we cannot honor refunds after this date. A $50 processing charge will apply. Does not apply to exhibit/sponsorship cancellations. Visit us online for exhibit/sponsorship refund policy. Hotel Accommodations

We are pleased to announce the official hotel for the AIRI 2018 Annual Meeting is the Omni Resort & Spa Hotel in Carlsbad, California for both sleeping accommodations and the meeting sessions.
