Meeting Registration

All attendees must be registered for the meeting. The early registration rate ends September 1, 2017 and are indicated with an asterick.  AIRI only accepts check payments (no credit cards). Click here to download the registration form!

Member Registrants
AIRI’s registration policy is that only individuals from a member institution whose membership is paid for the current year may attend the annual meeting. Member Rate: $695* / $795.

Non-Member Registrants
Non-member institutions whose intention is to become an AIRI Member (regular or provisional), may request to attend one annual meeting prior to joining AIRI by providing that they are eligible to become a member and then must be registered at the non-member institution rate.  Please see Membership Criteria online at www.airi.org to verify if your institute would qualify. To request for this option, email David Issing at hq@airi.org and include your intention for membership and a brief summary of meeting the membership criteria. Non-Member Registrant Rates: $795* / $895.

Non-Member Organizations or Individuals
Non-member organizations or individuals may attend the annual meeting as a registered sponsor or exhibitor of the meeting at vendor registration rates currently starting at $2500 and must register by completing the Vendor Registration Form.

Additional Registration Options:
Evening Event: One evening event ticket is included with your meeting registration. However, if you would like to bring a spouse or guest to this event, you may purchase an additional ticket: $195* / $250.

Invited Guest: If you are an invited guest, you may register with this option: $495* / $595. Pre-approval is required.

Spouse/Guest: If your spouse/guest would like to attend the evening event and reception, your spouse may register with this option: $295* / $395. 

Hotel Accommodations

We are pleased to announce the official hotel for the AIRI 2017 Annual Meeting is the Grand Hyatt Washington, DC which is the location for the meeting sessions. The room rate is $319 plus applicable taxes. To make your reservation, call 888-421-1441 mention that you are attending the AIRI Meeting.

Refund Policy

We will gladly issue refunds received through September 1, 2017. Unfortunately we cannot honor refunds after this date. A $50 processing charge will apply. Does not apply to exhibit/sponsorship cancellations. Visit us online for exhibit/sponsorship refund policy. Mail Registration to:
Full payment (AIRI ONLY accepts check payments) must accompany your registration (payable to the Association of Independent Research Institutes) to: AIRI, c/o DAI Management, Inc., P.O. Box 844, Westminster, MD  21158.

Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation via email.
