About the Options
  • Option 1: Exhibit - includes one 6ft table and two chairs; exhibits are in a carpeted area so no drayage company is needed.
  • Option 2: Refreshment Break - this is a sponsorship for one refreshment break during the meeting.
  • Option 3: Meeting Room – this is a sponsorship of a room for a day that will be holding breakout sessions.
  • Option 4: New Attendee – this is a sponsorship for the new attendees orientation reception.
  • Option 5: Breakfast – this is a sponsorship for one breakfast during the meeting.
  • Option 6: Lunch – this is a sponsorship for one lunch during the meeting.
  • Option 7: Welcome Reception – this is the sponsorship for the welcome reception at the meeting.
  • Option 8: Party – this is a co-sponsorship for the evening party at the meeting.
  • Add-On: :60 Video prior to GS - this is an option to have your provided video that is 60 seconds or less play prior to the start of one general session. The video needs to be in the MP4 format and provided to AIRI by September 1st.
  • Add-On: Webinar - this is an option to conduct a webinar anytime during the year. This option can also be purchased without an annual meeting registration at the rate of $2500 - click here for the webinar-only registration form. Click here for more information on Webinars.
  • Add-On: Host a roundtable discussion at this year's roundtable luncheon.

Misc Information

All registrations must accompany full payment. Registrations will not be processed nor reserved until full payment is received by AIRI. AIRI only accepts check payments.  Vendors will not be included in promotional/marketing materials for the meeting until full payment is received. All sponsorships/exhibits are reserved on a first-registered basis and full payment must accompany order.

Ads must be emailed in PDF to by September 1, 2017 to be included in program booklet. Spec for the ads are: 8 1/2" x 11" page; no bleeds; b/w unless upgrading or included with your sponsorship option.

All vendor representatives must register for the meeting whether they are doing a vendor presentation or staffing the exhibit table. If there is a representative not from your company, the representative must register at the regular vendor registration at $2500. Vendor registrations may only be for employed staff of the vendor organization. Vendor registrations may not be transferred or divided up between more than one person.

Vendor presentations have become a premium option with our vendor supporters.  You can request to be added to the waiting list should a slot open. These presentations are only available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are only available as an “Add On” option. If you would like to reserve a vendor presentation slot, you must first contact David Issing via E-mail at to check availability. If available, a slot will be held for you via Email from David Issing, and you will need to submit full payment for your sponsorship/exhibit and vendor presentation within forty-eight hours. If full payment is not received within forty-eight hours, the slot will go to the next vendor on the waiting list. If you have received confirmation via Email, you must the vendor presentation agreement on the vendor registration form. Vendor presentations may be scheduled during or after official meeting hours.

Ads for email blasts accepted between May 1 – August 31 and must be received via Email to David Issing.


Refund requests will be honored if received on or before September 1, 2017. A $500 refund charge will apply. Refund requests received on or after September 1, 2017 cannot be honored.
