AIRI 2018 IT Summit: Vendor Logistics

Thank you for joining us at the AIRI 2018 IT Summit in Grand Rapids, Michigan – our fifth in a series of IT-focused sessions. This is an ideal setting for sponsors and exhibitors as it is an intimate setting with about 60-65 in attendance. There is only one event going on at a time, and we’ve blocked out key times that you’ll want to make sure you’re there ready to interact with the members attending. We have scheduled breakfasts and the refreshment breaks in the same area as the exhibit displays.
 
Please remember that all attendees must be registered for the summit, and badges are required at all times. Registrations cannot be shared or transferred between registrants. Please be sure to confirm in advance to see who is registered from your company. Any staff that shows up to the meeting that is not registered will need to register and pay on-site. 
 
The summit is taking place at The Van Andel Institute located at 333 Bostwick Ave, NE, Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503-2518. All sessions will be held in Meeting Room 3104 / 3105, except where indicated below.

Advocacy

Shipping to the Summit

Exhibits setup is on Monday morning from 7am-8am. It is highly recommended that you:
  • insure your shipment according to its value;
  • select the option to track your shipment;
  • select the option to receive email confirmation when your shipment has been delivered;
  • have items delivered by Thursday, April 26;
  • include your organization name clearly on the package;
  • include your piece count on the package (i.e. Piece count: # of #).

Returning Shipments

  • Return packages must be boxed and ready to ship with a prepaid FedEx or UPS shipping label attached to each package.
  • Notify Beth Resau during the conference that you will need to ship packages out.
  • Leave your sealed, labeled package(s) on top of your vendor table prior to departing. 
 

Directions & Parking

If you are driving in you can park in the VAI Visitor Lot, which is on the corner of Division Street and Crescent Street. There is a call button you will press and give security your name and that you are attending the AIRI Summit.There is a walk up the hill to the front doors on Bostwick Ave.
