We are pleased to announce that the AIRI 2020 IT Summit will be held May 6-8 in Kansas City, Missouri at the Stowers Institute. It is the sixth in a series of AIRI IT Meetings and is an excellent chance to get together with your colleagues.

Summit Registration

Early Member Registration: $295 (through March 20) / Regular Member Registration: $395 (after March 20)

Only individuals from a member institution whose membership is paid for the current year may attend this meeting. Non-member organizations or individuals may attend this meeting as a registered sponsor or exhibitor of the meeting at vendor registration rates. 

You can choose from two convenient ways to register for the summit:


All attendees must be registered for the meeting. All registrations must accompany full payment. Registrations will not be processed nor reserved until full payment is received by AIRI. Non-member companies may attend by registering as a vendor.
 

Hotel Accommodations

The official hotel for this meeting is the InterContinental Kansas City At The Plaza located at 401 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, Missouri 64112. The room rate for the summit is $159 plus applicable taxes. You can now make your reservation here. Please mention the code STO to get the rate and be included in the AIRI block. The meeting sessions will be held at the Stowers Institute and we will have shuttles available at the beginning and end of the meeting days. It is approximately a mile between the hotel and Stowers.

Our program planning team are working on this year's lineup, but here is the tentative schedule to help you with your hotel and travel plans. All events will be held at the Stowers Institute except for the welcome hour on Wednesday night.
