AIRI 2018 IT Summit: Vendor Opportunities

We are pleased to offer the opportunity for vendors to attend the AIRI 2018 IT Summit to be held April 29 – May 1 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is the fifth in a series of AIRI IT Meetings is an excellent chance to get in touch in an intimate setting with the top decision makers from the leading independent research institutes from across the country. Please note that all options are available on a first-registered basis and full payment must be included with your registration in order to be processed.

Registration Options

All attendees must be registered for the meeting. To register, download the registration form here and mail in with your check payment. You can also register online with a credit card by clicking here. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee applied to all online transactions.

Here are the five options to select from and are priced to fit everyone's budget. Early registration rates end March 12, 2018.

Option 1: Sponsorship (Welcome Reception)

Register by Mar 12: $5000 / Register after Mar 12: $6000
  • Display your own sign as the official sponsor for the event and have any brochures or swag materials at the reception.
  • One exhibit table.
  • Two staff registrations.
  • Full page color ad in program.
  • Prominently recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Prominently recognized at a general session as the supporter for this event.
  • One ad in an AIRI email blast to the membership.
  • Add additional staff at $500 each.

Option 2: Sponsorship (Lunch)

Register by Mar 12: $5000 / Register after Mar 12: $6000
  • Display your own sign as the official sponsor for the event and have any brochures or swag materials at the event.
  • One exhibit table.
  • Two staff registrations.
  • Full page color ad in program.
  • Prominently recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Prominently recognized at a general session as the supporter for this event.
  • One ad in an AIRI email blast to the membership
  • Add additional staff at $500 each.

Option 3: Sponsorship (Breakfast)

Register by Mar 12: $3500 / Register after Mar: $4500
  • Display your own sign as the official sponsor for the event and have any brochures or swag materials at the breakfast.
  • Two staff registrations.
  • Full page color in the program booklet.
  • Recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Recognized at a general session as the supporter for this event.

Option 4: Sponsorship (Refreshment Break)

Register by Mar 12: $2500 / Register after Mar 12: $3500
  • Display your own sign as the official sponsor for the break and have any brochures or swag materials at the break.
  • One staff registration.
  • Full page color ad in program.
  • Recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Add an exhibit table to this option at the discounted rate of $1000.
  • Add an ad in an AIRI email blast to the membership for additional $500.
  • Add additional staff at $500 each.

Option 5: Exhibit

Register by Mar 12: $2500 / Register after Mar 12: $3500
  • An 8’x10’ area for your exhibit with a skirted table and chair in a carpeted area (so no drayage company needed).
  • One staff registration.
  • Full page b/w ad in program. Upgrade to color for $500.
  • Recognized as an official supporter for the meeting in the program, online, and on your badge.
  • Add an ad in an AIRI email blast to the membership for additional $500.
  • Add additional staff at $500 each.
 

Vendor Registrations

All registrations must accompany full payment. Registrations will not be processed nor reserved until full payment is received by AIRI. Vendors will not be included in promotional/marketing materials for the meeting until full payment is received. All sponsorships/exhibits are reserved on a first-registered basis and full payment must accompany order.

All vendor representatives must be registered for the meeting and must be an employee of the vendor organization. Vendor registrations may not be transferred or divided up between more than one person or companies.

Vendor Ads

Ads must be emailed and received in PDF to hq@airi.org by March 29, 2018 to be included in program booklet, no ads will be accepted after this date. Spec for the ads are: 8 1/2" x 11" page; no bleeds; b/w unless upgrading or included with your sponsorship option.

Ads for email blasts accepted through March 29, 2018 and must be received via Email to David Issing at hq@airi.org.

Refunds

Refund requests will be honored if received on or before March 29, 2018. A $500 refund charge will apply. Refund requests received after March 29, 2018 cannot be honored.
