Sponsorship
AIRI Annual Meetings attract the Presidents, Chief Executive
Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operational Officers,
Vice Presidents of Administration, Research, and Operations,
Human Resources, Development, Finance, IT, and more. This is
your prime opportunity to get in touch with the top

Vendor Presentations
All vendors and sponsors have the opportunity to present a
presentation! This offer is available on a first-come, first-served
basis and full payment must accompany your vendor or sponsorship
registration. You can mention your presentation in your advertisement in
the program booklet. This benefit includes the meeting room, chairs,
head table, and existing electrical outlets. All other AV, equipment and
furniture may be ordered through the hotel/audio visual company and be
billed directly to you. There is no additional charge for a vendor
presentation with sponsorships of $3500 or more. A $1000
charge is applies to sponsorships under $3500.
What is included with an exhibit?
The exhibit fee includes an 8x10 area for a
booth/display, one 6 ft table, one chair, one meeting
registration, and one full page b/w ad in the program
booklet. Additional representatives will be admitted as
detailed above. Please
see the grid below for complete benefits.
Advertisements
Included with all sponsorships is a full page advertisement
in the official program booklet that all attendees receive
on-site at the meeting. Ads are color with sponsorships of
$5000 or more; and black & white for sponsorships below
$5000 (you can upgrade to color for an additional $500). Ads
must be emailed in PDF format to the AIRI Management Office
by August 26, 2010. Ads need to fit on an 8 1/2 x 11 page
with no bleeds.
