Pre & On-Site Exhibitor Logistics Information

Thanks for your support for the AIRI 2008 Annual Meeting.  

The following is provided to assist you in making your arrangements for the meeting easy.

Key Exhibit Times

  • All breakfasts and coffee/refreshment breaks which are in exhibit room.
  • All refreshment breaks are 30 minutes to give you a quality time to with attendees.

Important Information

  • The registration/help desk is outside ballroom.
  • Setup needs to be completed by Monday at 7am.
  • Vendor registration fee covers one attendee. Additional staffing may register at the discounted rate of $250. Click here for vendor registration form.

Exhibitor Schedule

This schedule is provided to give you an idea of key days and times that exhibits will be open. Exhibits will be closed during the other events listed below, but you are invited to attend the events.

Sun, Sep 7

  • Setup: 2pm-5pm (Grand Ballroom I)
  • Welcome Reception: 6pm-8pm (Colonnade Room)

Mon, Sep 8

  • Exhibits Open, 7am-3:45pm (Grand Ballroom I)
    • Registration & Continental Breakfast, 7am-8am
    • Refreshment Break, 10:15am-10:45am
    • Refreshment Break, 3:15pm-3:45pm
  • Luncheon Session, 12:15pm-1:45pm (Colonnade Room)

Tue, Sep 9

  • Exhibits Open, 7am-12:15pm (Grand Ballroom I)
    • Registration & Continental Breakfast, 7am-8am
    • Refreshment Break, 10:15am-10:45am
  • Luncheon Session, 12:15pm-1:45pm (Grand Ballroom II)
  • Evening Dinner, 7-9:30pm (off-site)

Wed, Sep 10

  • Exhibits Open, 7am-10:45am (Grand Ballroom I)
    • Registration, & Continental Breakfast, 7am-8am
    • Refreshment Break, 10:15am-10:45am
    • Exhibit Dismantle, 11am-2pm
  • Luncheon Session, 12:15pm-1:45pm (Grand Ballroom II)

Shipping Your Exhibit or Sponsorship Signage

Remember that exhibits open on Monday, so when planning your shipping arrangements, we suggest that you have your shipments delivered on Friday, September 5th to make sure they are here by setup.
