What is included with an exhibit?
The exhibit fee includes an 8x10 area for a booth/display, one 6 ft table, one chair, one meeting registration, and one full page b/w ad in the program booklet. Additional representatives will be admitted as detailed above. Please see the grid online for complete benefits.
Advertisements
Included with all sponsorships is a full page advertisement in the official program booklet that all attendees receive on-site at the meeting. Ads are color with sponsorships of $5000 or more; and black & white for sponsorships below $5000 (you can upgrade to color for an additional $500). Ads must be emailed in PDF format to the AIRI Management Office by August 26, 2010. Ads need to fit on an 8 1/2 x 11 page with no bleeds.
